We aim to respond to all quotation requests within 24 hours to ensure prompt communication. Each quotation includes comprehensive details, such as the product's catalog and CAS numbers, available pack sizes (e.g., milligrams to grams), pricing, lead times, and supporting documentation, including COA, HPLC, MASS, and 1H NMR, as applicable. The quotes provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, allowing you sufficient time to make decisions.
For in-stock products, full advance payment is required before shipment, unless an alternative payment term has been explicitly agreed upon. For custom synthesis products, payment is due after the synthesis is completed and upon COA/data approval, prior to dispatch. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit cards, and other secure options, which will be discussed during the order process. Prices are listed in USD for international clients and INR for domestic clients, with a GST of 18% applicable to domestic orders.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, but high-volume or backordered items may require extended processing times. Shipments are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. We partner with reliable courier services such as DHL and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery. Clients may also use their shipping accounts, provided this is specified in the purchase order. Products are shipped at room temperature unless specific conditions are requested. For products requiring controlled temperatures, temperature-controlled shipping is available at an additional cost. While we can commit to dispatch timelines, the actual delivery time may depend on courier efficiency and export/import custom clearances. Minimum 1 day and maximum up to 7 days are required to deliver the item.
